These Terms & Conditions apply when you purchase products from Viri via our website www.viristockholm.com . By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Confirmation
By approving these Terms & Conditions and confirming your order, a binding agreement is entered into between you and Viri.
Once we have received your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail. Please note that this confirmation does not guarantee delivery if stock levels were incorrect at the time of purchase. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Age Restrictions
Customers must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have consent from a parent or legal guardian. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must be informed of and accept our Privacy Policy before you use this website or place an order.
Prices & VAT
Prices do not include delivery charges unless otherwise stated. Viri reserves the right to correct incorrect prices or product information.
Prices are displayed in SEK, EUR or your local currency depending on your delivery destination. All prices include applicable Swedish VAT for customers within the European Union.
Non‑EU Customers
Customers outside the European Union do not pay VAT. Prices shown on the website already reflect a VAT deduction where applicable. No additional discount will be applied at checkout.
Promotions
Promotion codes are valid for one-time use per customer unless otherwise stated. Offers cannot be combined with other promotions and are only valid during the specified campaign period or while stock lasts. Promotions are not retroactively applied to previous orders.
Delivery Time & Costs
Orders are dispatched on business days, Monday to Friday. Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Please note that delivery charges do not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply when the order reaches the destination country. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during sales periods or public holidays. If the product is delivered to a country belonging to the European Union, no costume clearance costs, such as import taxes and/or duties, should be due.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail.
If ordering from Sweden you can choose to collect your order during open hours in our physical store on Humlegårdsgatan 19A in Stockholm. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. See the stores opening hours on the website. Make sure to bring a valid ID and your order number to the store.
Delivery time to Sweden is usually 2-5 workdays and to the rest of EU usually 2-7 workdays. Outside of Europe usually 4-10 days.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a product is damaged upon delivery or does not correspond with how it was presented on the website, you have the right to file a claim in accordance with consumer protection laws.
How to File a Claim
Please contact our customer service at contact@viristockholm.com as soon as you discover the issue.
We will first attempt to repair or remedy the fault. If this is not possible, we will replace the product. If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued once the item has been returned and the claim approved.
Please include photographs of the damage or error, as this will help us process your claim more efficiently. Once the returned item has been received and approved, you will be informed and a replacement or refund will be arranged.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
You have the right to return or exchange your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order, in accordance with EU consumer law. Please contact store before sending your return to us, contact@viristockholm.com
Items must be returned unused, in original condition, with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, sealed products such as underwear or swimwear cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.
In the event that the product shows signs of wear or has been altered in any way from its original conditions, Viri reserves the right not to accept the return or, alternatively, to reduce the amount either of the refund or exchange.
Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Any additional costs that follows returned goods we reserve the right to refund the transaction minus all costs incurred.
Cryptocurrency Payments
Viri offers cryptocurrency payments through the third-party payment provider Lunu. By selecting cryptocurrency as a payment method, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.
Cryptocurrency transactions are processed by Lunu and converted at the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Exchange rates are determined by Lunu based on available market liquidity and may vary.
Payments made with cryptocurrency are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed on the blockchain.
In the event of a return, cancellation, or approved claim, any refund shall be processed in accordance with Viri’s refund policy and the payment terms applicable at the time of the refund. Refund amounts may be affected by exchange rate fluctuations, network fees, service fees, or other transaction-related costs.
Viri does not control blockchain networks, cryptocurrency exchange rates, or transaction processing times and accepts no responsibility for delays, valuation changes, or technical issues related to cryptocurrency transactions.
Lunu performs cryptocurrency transaction processing, compliance screening, and conversion services as an independent Virtual Asset Service Provider.
Force Majeure
Viri shall not be held liable for failure or delay in fulfilling obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to war, strikes, governmental actions, natural disasters, pandemics, or technical failures. Should such an event occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

We use cookies on the Viri website to improve functionality and user experience. By browsing our website, you consent to the use of cookies. Cookies are small text files stored in your browser that help us recognize returning visitors and optimize the website.
Protection of Personal Data
Viri takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential. Viri will never request your password or sensitive account information via e-mail.
Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction, deletion, or restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).
