Delivery Time & Costs
In short:
Sweden: 1–4 business days – 100 SEK Free shipping on orders over 2,500 SEK
EU: 2–5 business days – 250 SEK (approx. 22 €) Free shipping on orders over 2,500 SEK (approx. 230€)
Norway: 2–5 business days – 320 SEK DAP
Free shipping on orders over 4,000 NOK. Sold excl. Swedish VAT. Local GST (25%) and import fees may apply and are payable by the customer to the shipping carrier. Prices for Norwegian customers are shown excl. Swedish VAT.
USA: 5–10 business days – 495 SEK DAP (approx. 50$).
Free shipping on orders over 5,000 SEK (approx. 500$) Sold excl. Swedish VAT. Local GST and import fees may apply and are payable by the customer to the shipping carrier. Prices for US customers are shown excl. Swedish VAT.
Australia: 5–10 business days – 650 SEK DAP.(approx. 98AUD)
Free shipping on orders over 5,000 SEK (approx. 750AUD). Sold excl. Swedish VAT. Local GST (10%) and import fees may apply and are payable by the customer to the shipping carrier. Prices for Australian customers are shown excl. Swedish VAT.
Rest of the world: 5–10 business days – 650 SEK DAP (approx. 65$).

All Order:
Orders are dispatched on business days, Monday to Friday. Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Please note that delivery charges do not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply when the order reaches the destination country. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during sales periods or public holidays. If the product is delivered to a country belonging to the European Union, no costume clearance costs, such as import taxes and/or duties, should be due.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail.
If ordering from Sweden you can choose to collect your order during open hours in our physical store on Humlegårdsgatan 19A in Stockholm. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. See the stores opening hours on the website. Make sure to bring a valid ID and your order number to the store.
Delivery time to Sweden is usually 2-5 workdays and to the rest of EU usually 2-7 workdays. Outside of Europe usually 4-10 days.
International Orders (Non-EU)
Orders shipped outside the EU are sold excluding Swedish VAT. Local taxes and customs duties may apply and are payable by the customer directly to the shipping carrier upon delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a product is damaged upon delivery or does not correspond with how it was presented on the website, you have the right to file a claim in accordance with consumer protection laws.
How to File a Claim
Please contact our customer service at contact@viristockholm.com as soon as you discover the issue.
We will first attempt to repair or remedy the fault. If this is not possible, we will replace the product. If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued once the item has been returned and the claim approved.
Please include photographs of the damage or error, as this will help us process your claim more efficiently. Once the returned item has been received and approved, you will be informed and a replacement or refund will be arranged.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
You have the right to return or exchange your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order, in accordance with EU consumer law. Please contact store before sending your return to us, contact@viristockholm.com
Items must be returned unused, in original condition, with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, sealed products such as underwear or swimwear cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.
In the event that the product shows signs of wear or has been altered in any way from its original conditions, Viri reserves the right not to accept the return or, alternatively, to reduce the amount either of the refund or exchange.
Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Any additional costs that follows returned goods we reserve the right to refund the transaction minus all costs incurred.
Cryptocurrency Payments
Payments made with cryptocurrency are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed on the blockchain.
Force Majeure
Viri shall not be held liable for failure or delay in fulfilling obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to war, strikes, governmental actions, natural disasters, pandemics, or technical failures. Should such an event occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
